Jonathon Wolff, Chief Marketing Officer

Jonathan’s career spans the entire lifecycle of life science companies. He has worked with benchtop scientists who built their first pilot plant cleanrooms as well as major life science manufacturers scaling operations. His background includes navigating the complexities of vein-to-vein logistics for cell and gene therapies at Marken, a subsidiary of UPS. At SK Pharmtecho, a leading CDMO, he gained insights into the make-vs-buy decisions faced by companies looking to either build a manufacturing operation or outsource to a contract manufacturer. This depth of experience allows Jonathan to put himself in the shoes of potential clients and will help Precision Environments ensure business offerings and messaging align with the solutions clients need most.

Precision Environments’ two co-owners and top leaders are excited with the new addition to their senior leadership group. “We are thrilled to welcome Jonathan to our team, as he brings a wealth of experience to this key position,” said Precision Environments Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Scrocca. Company President, Tim VonderHaar, continued, “His leadership skills and fresh approach to marketing will be valuable as our company continues to grow our three controlled environment divisions of Cleanrooms, Metrology Labs, and Gigafactories.”

At Precision Environments, Jonathan will lead marketing and work closely with ownership to expand branding and communication strategies. He will strengthen the company’s market presence and collaborate with teams to ensure Precision Environments continues to deliver innovative, turnkey solutions. Jonathan is focused on growing the business by raising market awareness of the diligence Precision has on elevating the controlled environment design-build experience. “It’s not only about design-building a functioning cleanroom, but that Precision Environments’ clients experience a smooth journey getting there.”

Jonathan is eager to join Precision Environments because of its exemplary industry reputation. “What attracted me to Precision is their undivided attention to delivering on promises and building lasting partnerships. As a privately held specialty contractor, Precision has the unwavering focus and flexibility to perform with unparalleled commitment to project success. We’ve seen a lot of change in the cleanroom industry over the past decade with new entrants into the market and acquisitions; there are many new teams selling cleanroom services. Many employees here have an average tenure of over 10 years, with some surpassing two decades! That kind of loyalty shows how deeply they care about the work and the outcomes they achieve for clients. It’s not just about checking a box and completing projects; it’s about exceeding expectations, with a focus on win-win-win outcomes for the client, partners, and company. Precision Environments is also gearing up for an exciting phase of growth, continuing to deliver the trusted solutions we’ve designed and built for over 30 years while introducing cutting-edge innovations. Big things are on the horizon, and I can’t wait to be part of it,” Jonathan concluded.
