Earls brings extensive financial experience in the construction industry, with leadership roles in project accounting, internal audit, financial management, and business operations. Throughout his career, he has supported major construction projects and helped organizations navigate growth and improve operations. 

In his most recent role, Earls oversaw finance and several key business functions, further expanding his expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team development. His experience across organizations of varying sizes provides a well-rounded perspective that will support Precision Environments’ continued growth and success.
