Marketing Coordinator Job Summary:
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives across a wide variety of channels and touchpoints. In this pivotal role, you will blend creativity with executional excellence—helping shape our brand presence across digital platforms, internal communications, and high-profile industry events.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, and operations while gaining exposure to some of the world’s most advanced industries—from space exploration and clean energy to life-saving medical technology.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Marketing & communications
- Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Generate leads through SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and website optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to produce promotional and multimedia materials.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance and ROI.
Content & social media
- Develop and manage content calendars for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies.
- Monitor and engage with audiences across platforms; track trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to create high-impact content.
- Ensure alignment of content with SEO strategy and lead generation goals.
Event & tradeshow coordination
- Support planning, logistics, and execution for trade shows, industry conferences, and client-facing events.
- Oversee shipping/staging of event materials, booth setup, and promotional inventory.
- Capture visual content on-site (photos, videos, BTS footage) for internal and external use.
- Track event success and gather insights for future improvements.
Internal culture & communications
- Write and distribute internal newsletters and updates.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities, internal recognition, and branding efforts.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, branded kits, orientation media, and team intros.
- Champion our brand visually in the workplace through displays, signage, and event decor.
Administrative & proposal support
- Manage marketing documentation (contracts, proposals, RFQs, RFPs, invoices).
- Maintain CRM data, coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and handle general correspondence.
- Assist in proposal submissions and ensure compliance with bid requirements.
- Organize and maintain a database of past projects, reports, and marketing assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or administrative coordination.
- Strong writing and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
