Personal Summary:

Born and raised on a cattle ranch in South Dakota, Theo began his profesional endeavor learning how to work hard and get things done by using “rancher ingenuity”. From restaurant server, to bar bouncer, to car salesman, to Navy nuclear chemist, to oil field laboratory technician, to shipyard electrician, and finally to cleanroom superintendent. Him and his wife are movie buffs that love to go to the theater, travel, and spend time with their two Tamaskan dogs, Takoda and Tatanka.
