Bryan has expert knowledge and understanding of cleanroom applications for the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotechnology, metrology, and medical device industries. Bryan will ensure your project’s operational excellence, safety, and compliance.
Tim Vonderhaar
President / COO
Tim Vonderhaar has over 15 years of experience in the cleanroom and metrology construction industry across North America. Tim is dedicated to innovation, quality, detail, efficiency, and client service along with Precision Environment’s supplier and partner networks. Tim will directly oversee your project’s operations and ensure success.
Stephen Dirks
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen Dirks brings 25 years of experience in high-tech construction and pharmaceutical operations. He has led projects in semiconductor, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in Pharma LSM, Biotech cell and gene therapies, and complex fluid delivery systems. Stephen ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality in every project, driving Precision Environments’ success.
Jonathan Wolff
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 15 years in the life sciences industry, Jonathan Wolf specializes in strategic marketing and client solutions for cleanroom environments. His expertise spans from pilot plant cleanrooms to large-scale manufacturing, with a deep understanding of vein-to-vein logistics for cell and gene therapies. Jonathan ensures that Precision Environments’ marketing strategies reflect its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence.
Matt Albright
Engineering Manager
Matt has designed and led engineering on over 100 cleanroom projects. His responsibilities include coordinating design of cleanroom architecture, mechanical, electrical, and DDC controls as well as oversight of the entire design package. Matt is the lead point of contact for all cleanroom project technical correspondence.
