Expertise in managing commercial and residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. Skilled in coordinating trade partners, supervising field operations, enforcing quality control and safety. Procore and several other CRMs over the years.

Specialties:

Site Superintended coordinating field work. Started out as a low voltage field tech, then to residential single family home development as a foreman than later a superintendent. Switching to commercial, I have worked on many large scale projects as an APM, Asst. Super, and Super. Casinos, multi family high rise and retail, distribution centers, etc. My main focus on the majority of these commercial projects was finishes and interiors.

Personal Summary:

Majority of my time is spent with my family (kids are 6 and 9). I also enjoy being active, playing soccer, life music, and working on classic cars.
