Although optical cleanrooms may require ISO Class 5 or 6 clean specifications, air velocity can be detrimental to the functionality of the laser. This system includes structural steel, installed to local code (including California codes), and insulated wall panels with powder painted steel finishes, and the system is rated FM Class 1 per ASTM E84 and FM 4480 tests. Precision Environments’ anodized aluminum finishes complete the high-quality fit and finish at a reasonable cost. Added to that, virtually any feature can be incorporated into a finished optical cleanroom.
